We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Elomi lingerie. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygienic seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
