We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel cannot be returned.

How should I care for my Elomi garments?

To maintain the quality and longevity of your pieces, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. Avoid tumble drying; instead, lay garments flat to dry out of direct sunlight.
